All prices are plus 18% GST. Monthly fees cover monitoring, rule and prompt updates, small changes and a monthly report. There's no lock-in after the setup month: cancel the monthly plan any time with 30 days' notice. Larger or unusual scopes get a written quote after a free consultation.
How does the paid pilot work?
In week one we walk through the process with the people who do it today, then write the scope: inputs, outputs, tools, stop rule and success measure. In week two we build inside the tools you already use, test on real cases and run a review where your team checks every action the agent took or escalated. At the end you decide: continue on a package (and the ₹15,000 is credited against setup), or stop and keep the handover document.
What is included in every package?
- A process walkthrough and a written scope before any build
- A written stop rule: what the agent does alone, what needs approval and when it hands over to a person
- The build, inside your existing tools
- Testing on real or realistic cases before go-live
- Logs of every run and alerts to a named person when something fails
- A handover document, so nothing is a black box
What running costs are billed separately?
- WhatsApp messaging charges. Set by Meta and billed through your WhatsApp Business Platform provider. Meta changed its pricing in October 2026; see our plain-English explainer.
- AI model usage. Charged by the model provider based on how much text the agent processes.
- Hosting and automation tools. For example an n8n server, a Make or Zapier plan, or a small cloud function.
- Ad spend for the Growth bot team, paid directly to Google or Meta.
We pass third-party costs through at actual cost and tell you who bills for what.
What moves a project above package pricing?
- Many systems touched, such as an ERP, CRM, accounting tool and team chat in one flow
- Messy input, such as free-text messages in mixed English, Kannada and Hindi
- High volume that needs stronger hosting, queueing and monitoring
- Sensitive health, financial or personal data that needs tighter access control under India's DPDP Act (see our DPDP guide)
How do our prices compare with other agencies in India?
Here are prices some agencies publish on their own websites. We checked them in October 2026, and they may have changed since:
| Agency (source) | What they publish |
|---|---|
| Borangi, Bengaluru (borangi.com AI automation page) | Simple WhatsApp bots around ₹5,000–₹15,000 setup; integrated automations ₹50,000–₹1.5 lakh; custom AI agents ₹2–5 lakh |
| AgentIQ (agentiq.co.in) | From ₹24,999 one-time setup + ₹7,999/month |
| Nurotech (nurotech.in) | From ₹30,000 one-time + ₹8,000/month for WhatsApp chatbots |
| 3AM Labs (3amlabs.in) | ₹20,000–₹50,000 setup + ₹5,000–₹15,000/month |
| ITD GrowthLabs (itdgrowthlabs.com) | Packages from ₹45,000 setup + ₹12,000/month up to ₹3.5 lakh + ₹80,000/month |
These are other companies' public prices and cover different scopes. Our difference is that every package includes a written stop rule and a person in charge, not just a bot.
How do you book?
Tap Book a free consultation on WhatsApp, call +91 99442 26010 or email karthickspikey@gmail.com. If you like, run the pilot scorecard first and paste the result.
The agent drafts, routes and escalates. A person decides. Before anything is built we write down what the agent may do alone, what needs approval, and when it must stop and hand over with the full context attached.
What should you prepare before talking to us?
You don't need a technical brief. A useful first conversation needs only a few things, and gathering them is valuable even if you never work with us:
- The process in plain words: what triggers it, who does what, and where it usually goes wrong.
- Rough volumes: how many messages, orders, tickets or invoices per week. A one-week tally is enough.
- Your tools: WhatsApp app or API, CRM, sheets, accounting or helpdesk software, including versions or plans where you know them.
- Three real examples: typical messages or cases, plus one awkward one, with personal details removed.
- What must never happen: the mistakes that would hurt most. These become the first lines of your stop rule.
- An owner: the person who will review the workflow once it runs.
Send these on WhatsApp or by email, or run the pilot scorecard first.
