The pilot process
One workflow at a time, with a written scope and a person in charge.
- 1. Consult. Walk us through the process, the tools, the volumes and where things go wrong.
- 2. Pick the pilot. We recommend one workflow and write down its inputs, outputs, tools, stop rule and success measure.
- 3. Ship. We build it into the systems you already use, such as WhatsApp, CRM, email or sheets, and test it on real cases.
- 4. Review and decide. Your team reviews what the agent did and what it escalated. Then you decide whether to tune it, expand it or stop.
Example scope (illustration only, not a client project): "When a WhatsApp enquiry arrives, the agent asks three qualifying questions, creates a lead in the CRM and drafts a reply. Price questions and complaints always go to the sales lead."
Our stop rule
The agent drafts, routes and escalates. A person decides. Before anything is built we write down what the agent may do alone, what needs approval, and when it must stop and hand over with the full context attached.
Questions
How long does a pilot take?
It depends on the workflow and your tools. We give you a timeline once the pilot is scoped.
What if the pilot doesn't work?
You've learnt something with one scoped workflow instead of a large rollout, and you decide what happens next.
