Why do we show our in-house agents?
Most agencies show client logos and results. We don't have published client case studies yet, and we won't invent them. What we do have is a set of AI agents that run live, every day, on the owner's own businesses: a taxi booking website, a training business and this studio. They're the clearest evidence we can offer of how we build. Every one has a stop rule, logs what it does and keeps a person in charge of decisions that carry risk.
Important: everything on this page runs on our own businesses. None of it is a client result, and we make no performance claims about rankings, leads or revenue.Which agents are running in-house today?

What does the WhatsApp Business manager agent do?
It manages WhatsApp Business conversations for the owner's own business: it reads incoming messages, answers routine questions from approved information, and drafts or routes anything that needs a person. It follows the same principles we use for client WhatsApp automation: approved content only, a clear route to a human, and hard stops for complaints, money decisions and anything unusual.
What do the social media and brand visuals agents do?
The social media agent plans and schedules Facebook and Instagram posts for our own businesses: it proposes a content calendar, drafts captions, and queues posts through a scheduling tool. The brand visuals agent creates images to go with posts and pages, following brand colours and style. Stop rule: nothing that makes claims about prices, offers or results goes out without the owner's approval, and anything sensitive or off-brand is held for review.
What is the CRM and LMS for the training business?
For the owner's training business we built a custom CRM (leads, enquiries, enrolments) and a learning management system (courses, learners, progress) on Supabase (Postgres database, authentication) and Netlify (hosting and serverless functions). It's not an off-the-shelf product, but an example of the custom internal tools we can build when a SaaS tool doesn't fit the process. Access is role-based, and changes to data structures go through migrations rather than ad-hoc edits.
Are voice agents available?
Voice agents (AI that answers or makes phone calls) are available to build, but we don't run one live today, so we won't present one as proven. If a voice agent fits your process, we'd scope it as a pilot with an especially strict stop rule: clear disclosure that the caller is speaking to an AI, a fast transfer to a person, and no commitments on price or bookings without confirmation.
What do all our agents have in common?
- A stop rule that says what each agent does alone, what needs approval and when it stops. See our free template.
- Approval for money and irreversible actions: ad spend, publishing claims and deletions all need the owner's approval.
- Backups and change logs before any edit to a live system.
- Reports in chat, so a person sees what happened every day.
- Tuning: they're live and still being improved, and we say so.
Can you build these agents for my business?
Yes. That's what our services are for. We start with a consultation, pick one pilot and write the stop rule. Because we run these agents ourselves, we know where they break, what needs approval and what's worth automating first.
What should you prepare before talking to us?
You don't need a technical brief. A useful first conversation needs only a few things, and gathering them is valuable even if you never work with us:
- The process in plain words: what triggers it, who does what, and where it usually goes wrong.
- Rough volumes: how many messages, orders, tickets or invoices per week. A one-week tally is enough.
- Your tools: WhatsApp app or API, CRM, sheets, accounting or helpdesk software, including versions or plans where you know them.
- Three real examples: typical messages or cases, plus one awkward one, with personal details removed.
- What must never happen: the mistakes that would hurt most. These become the first lines of your stop rule.
- An owner: the person who will review the workflow once it runs.
Send these on WhatsApp or by email, or run the pilot scorecard first.
How does a pilot with us work?
Every engagement follows the same four steps. Consult: you walk us through the process, the tools and where it breaks. Pick the pilot: we choose one workflow and write down its inputs, outputs, tools, stop rule and success measure. Ship: we build it into the tools you already use and test it on real cases. Review: your team checks what the agent did and what it escalated, then decides whether to tune it, expand it or stop. Read the full pilot process.
