Automation for tech and SaaS teams in Whitefield and the Outer Ring Road

What is Bengaluru's tech corridor like for operations teams?

The Outer Ring Road tech parks (from Marathahalli and Bellandur towards Sarjapur Road and Hebbal) and Whitefield, around ITPL and EPIP, host a dense mix of product companies, SaaS scale-ups, global capability centres and IT services firms. Support and operations teams here often serve customers in the US, Europe and the Middle East, working in shifts, with strict security reviews for any new tool.

Which tech-team workflows are worth automating?

  • Support triage across time zones: classify, prioritise and route tickets so the right shift picks up the right issue. See SaaS and B2B automation.
  • Shift handover summaries: what's open, what's escalated and what the customer was promised, drafted for the outgoing lead to check.
  • Drafted answers from documentation, reviewed by agents before sending.
  • Incident signals: spotting clusters of similar tickets and alerting on-call engineers.
  • CRM and account hygiene: logging activity, flagging churn signals and enriching records.
  • Internal IT and HR requests: access requests, onboarding checklists and policy questions answered from approved content.

How do security and data reviews shape the build?

Larger tech companies rightly ask hard questions: where data goes, which model provider processes it, how access is controlled and what's logged. We design for that from the start, with least-privilege integrations, documented data flows, the option to keep plumbing on infrastructure you control, and stop rules that keep sensitive actions with people. See our data-handling basics.

Why start with a narrow pilot in a large company?

In bigger organisations the hardest part is often approvals, not technology. A tightly scoped pilot in one team, with a written stop rule and a measurable outcome, is far easier to get through security and procurement than a broad "AI transformation" proposal, and it produces evidence for the next step.

Illustration only, not a client project: A SaaS company's support team on ORR covers US hours overnight. The pilot: an agent triages incoming tickets, drafts answers for how-to questions from the help centre, writes a handover summary at the end of each shift, and pages on-call if three or more tickets mention the same error within an hour. Billing and enterprise-account tickets always go to a person.
Our stop rule

The agent drafts, routes and escalates. A person decides. Before anything is built we write down what the agent may do alone, what needs approval, and when it must stop and hand over with the full context attached.

What should you prepare before talking to us?

You don't need a technical brief. A useful first conversation needs only a few things, and gathering them is valuable even if you never work with us:

  • The process in plain words: what triggers it, who does what, and where it usually goes wrong.
  • Rough volumes: how many messages, orders, tickets or invoices per week. A one-week tally is enough.
  • Your tools: WhatsApp app or API, CRM, sheets, accounting or helpdesk software, including versions or plans where you know them.
  • Three real examples: typical messages or cases, plus one awkward one, with personal details removed.
  • What must never happen: the mistakes that would hurt most. These become the first lines of your stop rule.
  • An owner: the person who will review the workflow once it runs.

Send these on WhatsApp or by email, or run the pilot scorecard first.

How do you know whether the pilot worked?

We agree the success measure before building, and it should be something your team can count without a dashboard project. Typical measures include the share of enquiries logged the same day, time to first response, the number of follow-ups that actually happened, hours spent on the task per week, or the number of escalations that were correctly flagged. We count the baseline before launch (even by hand for a week) and again after a few weeks of running.

We also review the qualitative side with the people involved. Do they trust the drafts? Are handovers arriving with enough context? Are customers asking for a person more or less often? A pilot can hit its number and still need tuning, or miss it and teach you something important. Either way, the decision to keep, tune, expand or stop is yours, made on evidence. We don't publish generic success figures, because results depend on your process, volumes and team.

How does a pilot with us work?

Every engagement follows the same four steps. Consult: you walk us through the process, the tools and where it breaks. Pick the pilot: we choose one workflow and write down its inputs, outputs, tools, stop rule and success measure. Ship: we build it into the tools you already use and test it on real cases. Review: your team checks what the agent did and what it escalated, then decides whether to tune it, expand it or stop. Read the full pilot process.

Questions

Can you work within our security review process?

Yes. We document data flows, vendors and access for your review.

Can it run in our cloud?

Often yes, depending on the components. We discuss hosting options during scoping.

Do you work with global capability centres?

We're happy to discuss a scoped pilot with any team that has a clear workflow and an owner.
